I never got an email
Check spam for a message from SchoolConference. If there is nothing, the school may have an old or misspelt email for you — ask the office to check and resend.
The set-password link says it has expired
It lasts 7 days. Go to the sign-in page, Forgot password, enter the same email, and you get a new link.
I registered but see "No family linked to your account"
The school has not attached you to your child's family yet. Ask the office; they can add you from the Families page.
I don't see my child's teacher
Either the school has not put that class in this conference, or your child is not listed in that class. Ask the office to check.
Can both parents come?
Yes — tick the other parent when booking, or add them to the booking afterwards from My Bookings. Both need to be listed with the school as part of the family.
We're separated — can we each have our own meeting?
Ask the school to set your child up with two families (one per household). Each family then books its own time.
I have two children with the same teacher
Book twice, once per child. The page will not let you book the same child twice with the same teacher.
Where's the Join button?
On My Bookings, from 15 minutes before your time. Before that the page shows how long until it opens.
Can I join from my phone?
Yes, in the phone's browser. Allow camera and microphone when asked.
The meeting ended on its own
Your school uses a time clock: meetings end when the slot is used up so everyone stays on schedule. If you need more time, ask the teacher for a follow-up.
How do I change or cancel?
My Bookings → open the booking → Change time or Cancel Booking, any time before it starts. After that, phone the office.
I have three children — how do I fit it all in?
Open Schedule and press Recommend a schedule; it picks times that do not overlap and keeps your evening short. See Plan your whole evening.
Every time with a teacher is taken
Join the waitlist on that teacher's tab; the next opening is held for you for two hours. See the waitlist.
Can I get my meetings in my phone's calendar?
Yes — Settings → Calendar feed, subscribe once. See Put your meetings in your own calendar.
