When a teacher is fully booked — the waitlist
Join the list, get the next opening held for you, and book it with one click.
If every time with a teacher is taken, their tab on the booking page says so and offers Join the waitlist for your child. You see your place in line.
When someone cancels or moves, the freed time is held for the first family in line for two hours. If that is you:
- you get an email with a Book this time button
- My Bookings shows the held time with a countdown and the same button
Press it and the time is yours. If you do nothing, after two hours the hold passes to the next family and you stay on the list for the next opening. Leave takes you off the list any time.
Held times are not visible to anyone else, so nobody can take yours while the hold lasts. You can be on the waitlist for several teachers at once.
