Who can see what
What parents, teachers and the office can each see.
- Parents see only their own family: their children, their bookings, and which times are still free. They never see other families' names or bookings, or teachers' notes.
- Teachers see the students in their classes, the families booked with them, and their own notes. They do not see other teachers' bookings.
- Office staff and admins see everything for the school, including notes, and can act on any family's behalf.
- Video meetings are not recorded by SchoolConference.
