Meeting in person at the school
Some conferences happen in the building, or let you choose. Here is what to expect.
Each conference says how meetings happen: by video, in person, or your choice.
- In person: you come to the school. Your confirmation and reminder emails and your My Bookings page show where to go — the building or entrance the office gave, and the teacher's room. There is no Join button for these meetings.
- Your choice: when you confirm a booking you pick By video or In person. You can see which you picked on My Bookings; to change it, cancel and rebook (or ask the office).
- By video: as before — the Join button appears on My Bookings 15 minutes before the start.
Arrive a few minutes early for in-person meetings; teachers run to a tight schedule.
