In-person meetings
What changes on your side when a conference is in the building, or when a family chose to come in.
Some conferences happen at the school rather than by video, and on a "parents choose" conference each family picks. You do not have to do anything different to prepare — the office sets the building and your room, and families are told where to go.
On the Meeting Room list, an in-person booking shows an In person badge (with your room if the office set one) instead of a Join Meeting button. Copy Meeting Link and Email Meeting Link are hidden for it too, since there is no link. Mark the meeting Completed or No-show as usual when it is over so the report is right.
Your calendar feed (Settings) says "in person" and the room in the event description, and "video meeting" otherwise.
