Parent topics, notes and follow-ups
See what a parent wants to talk about before the meeting, and flag meetings the office should follow up.
What the parent wants to discuss
When families book they can say what is on their mind ("reading progress", "how homework is going"). It appears on your Bookings page when you open the booking, and on the Meeting Room list under each meeting — read it before you press Join.
Your notes
Open a booking on Bookings and write in Your Notes. They are visible to school staff (teachers and the office), never to parents, and they save when you press Save Notes or close the booking.
Needs follow-up
Tick Needs follow-up from the office under your notes when something should not end with the meeting — a referral, a form, a conversation the principal should have. The office sees a Follow-up chip on the booking and a filter for all of them, and the after-conference report lists them.
