The after-conference report
How the evening went — attendance, no-shows, meeting length, follow-ups and who never booked — with CSV downloads.
Once a conference is published, its page has a Report button (also a Report link beside each conference on the Usage page).
At the top
- Booked of how many slots, and how many were cancelled
- Attendance — completed meetings as a share of completed plus no-shows
- No-shows
- Avg meeting — average length of completed video meetings
- Follow-ups — meetings a teacher flagged for the office, and how many students were actually seen
Three tables, each with a CSV button
By teacher — slots, booked, completed, no-shows, in person, average minutes, follow-ups, and students seen out of students in their classes. Useful for spotting a teacher whose evening ran long or whose families did not turn up.
All meetings — every booking with its status, whether it was video or in person, minutes, the parent's topics and the staff notes. Filter to Needs follow-up to work the list after the event, or to No-shows to reach out.
Never booked — students whose family never took a time with a teacher, with the parents' emails. This is the same list the Remind unbooked families button uses before the conference.
The report reads from bookings as they are, so marking a no-show or completing a meeting later updates it.
