The per-teacher slot grid, who has not booked, reminder emails, blocking slots and booking for a family.
Pick a teacher to see their slots for this conference: each row is a time with its status (available, booked with the family and student, or blocked).
N students not booked yet at the top lists every student whose family has no booking with their teacher, with parent emails; parents who never set a password are flagged. Email a reminder sends one nudge per parent.
On an open row, Book books it for a family (see Booking on a family's behalf); Block takes it out of circulation, for instance for a teacher's break. Teachers can block their own slots from their side too.
On in-person and hybrid conferences a Rooms for in-person meetings card sets each teacher's room, and a Waitlist card lists families waiting for a full teacher (see The waitlist). Once published, Report at the top opens the after-conference report.
