What the four tiles, the conference and booking counts, and Recent Activity are telling you.
The dashboard is a health check for the school.
Your school — counts of students, families, staff and pending invitations. If students or families are zero you cannot run a conference yet; click a tile to go and fix it. Pending invitations are parents who cannot book yet.
Conferences and Bookings — how many exist in each status. Draft conferences are invisible to parents; only published ones can be booked. The bookings completion rate is completed meetings over all bookings, which is why marking no-shows matters.
Upcoming conferences — booked against total slots for the next three. If that stays low a few days out, parents may not have been invited, or have not set passwords.
Recent activity — what staff have changed lately, useful when two office people work at once. The full log is under Activity Log.
