Inviting a parent by code, and what pending means.
An invitation emails a parent a link (and a code) to register. Pick the family they belong to so their account is attached to it. Codes last 30 days; sending a new one to the same address replaces the old one.
Pending means the parent has not registered yet, so they cannot book. Close to conference night those are worth a phone call. Inviting an address that already has a working account is refused — add that person to the family from Families instead.
