Conferences screen
The conference list, creating and publishing, editing after publish, cancelling and archiving.
Conferences are listed with today's and upcoming first and finished ones at the bottom. Finished conferences older than a term fold behind Show older; archived ones behind Show archived. The Booked column is booked slots over the total the schedule allows.
Create Conference opens the dialog; press Show Help inside it for a field-by-field guide. New conferences are drafts.
Click a row for its panel: status, details, bookings so far and the actions — Edit (everything while draft; title, description, options and added classes once published), Publish, Cancel conference, Archive, and Full page for the slot grid, the not-booked-yet list and booking on a family's behalf.
