Schedule screen
The whole conference day as a grid — one column per teacher, one box per slot — with click-to-book.
Pick a day (the date button lists only days that have a conference). Each teacher is a column; each slot is a box on the time axis.
- Filled, coloured — booked. Colour is the teacher; the box shows the student and family. Click it for parents attending, staff and status.
- Dashed — open. Click to book for a family.
- Hatched with a lock — blocked by the teacher.
Slots in the past and slots on finished conferences are greyed out. On today's page a red line marks the current time, and the grid refreshes every 30 seconds so parents' bookings appear as they come in. If two conferences share a day they sit side by side; a dropdown narrows to one.
A booked block's popover has Move (then click an open time with the same teacher) and Cancel; Print at the top prints one table per teacher. See Moving, cancelling and printing from the Schedule grid.
